Born in the UK, Matthew now lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with his artist wife, Julia Rogers and son Patrick. Studied wildlife art at Dyfed College of Art; catapulted into the British art scene at 17, with three paintings in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. Award winning artist both in US & UK. Work in many private collections and museums. Although he still loves to paint wildlife, Matthew has stepped out of the box and now paints any subject that inspires him.
